Misleading promotions and poor communication

I’ve ordered from Notino.ee several times during their “free gift” or discount code promotions, but I’ve never received the promised gifts — and many discount codes simply don’t work.Every time I contact customer service, they say the promotion only applies “while stocks last,” yet the same campaigns remain visible on their website. This feels misleading and unfair to customers. Be cautious — both the gift and discount promotions are often unreliable.
