I bought stuff for about 132 euros. After 2 days when I add same things in my shopping basket, price is less than 98!! When I ask about it from customer service, reply was literally - well, return your order and order again SAME products with new prices again. How does that make ANY sense?

Product returns made impossible

They give incorrect information in Finnish about their return policy. The return turned out to be shockingly expensive and the customer service is unfriendly. I do not recommend ordering anything from there to Finland.

They sold me a used eye cream...

They sold me an eye cream that had already been used by someone else, and getting a refund for both the cream and international shipping (I had to pay for the return shipment) took a long time and cost me too much hassle to risk ordering from them again.
