Firstly, Brad was the first to get back to me regarding a quote. Several other contractors either never got back to me or took an unreasonable amount of time to get back to me. In my opinion.He initially called me and enquired about my job (post removal from an alfresco area) and walked me through what he is all about.He was extremely patient with me and kept in touch following multiple re-visits with the structural engineer to get the right plans. In the end Brad provided me with a cost effective solution to my needs and handled all the technical aspects with the engineer on my behalf. This resulted in a cost effective solution to my project. On the job site - he was extremely polite, courteous and approachable at all times. He turned up when he said he would (on time) and cleaned up once he was done.I’m extremely pleased with the work Brad has completed for me. I couldn’t recommend him higher.
Dealing with Brad and his team was a pleasure from start to finish. Brad was clear in his communications. He was prompt and punctual for all appointments. Brad's attention to detail and willingness to explain everything meant that we had complete confidence in his work. When there was a delay (totally outside of Brad's control), he let us know and made arrangements to re-schedule the work. The work was done to a very high standard, and everything was cleaned up afterwards. We could not be happier with the finished product and wholeheartedly recommend Brad.
Brad was very professional from the beginning to the end, exceeding our expectations at all stages of the process. Our balcony was supported by a pole in front of a very annoying garage pier. Brad took the incredible job of removing both poles and replacing them with two steel beams. It seemed near impossible, but Brad and his team at NoTrubs came on time and did a fantastic, professional job, hassle-free. Although now it's a full double door garage door, the house looks like nothing has been changed. Incredibly happy with their work. Brad is very professional and a excellent tradesman. He keeps you involved throughout the whole process with NO hidden surprises, gives you a time and sticks to it which is very rare these day's. Brad is approachable, just ring him (during work hours) if you have a question he always answers and always gives his time without complaint. We also loved the way he works, he cleans up as he goes so no mess when finish, Brad is the all-round complete package, other tradies should spend time with him so they can learn how to look after customers.
