Ringconn has the worst consumer services! Please be aware that they falsely advertise FSA coverage on their website. FSA plans require an itemized receipt and sometimes a medical necessity letter which Ringconn refuses to provide. If you are using FSA, get an Oura. Unlike Ringconn, the Oura is actually FSA approved without medical letters. Be aware that costumer services do not even read their emails. They will email you a response that has nothing to do with the question you are asking. The worst part is that 3 weeks after my purchase I have not yet received the Ring. They charged my FSA which now have to pay back, and they refuse to cancel my order.
I placed an order for a product on December 4, 2025, and it arrived on the 20th. I'm quite pleased with the item and the accompanying application. My only issue is the shipping time. After my order, it took three days for the item to depart from its origin, and it was finally picked up on December 16. There were several delays in updates, but the support team was responsive, taking about 12 hours to reply. Thank you for a fantastic device.
Everything is going well so far. No problems with delivery (I was aware it would come directly from the producer, so it took a bit longer than expected). The battery lasts 7-8 days, which is why I chose this option, and I can confirm that. The charging time is impressively short! I love the color (I have the rose gold version) since I wanted to avoid a yellowish tone. It looks great on my wrist and is comfortable to wear; it fits perfectly without needing a sizing kit, just used the measurements available on the site. It tracks everything, detects activities, monitors naps, alerts me about prolonged sedentary periods, and even predicts my cycle (I've only had it for 3 weeks). My only minor concern is that the sensor lights are quite noticeable when worn, especially in the dark. I hope the battery lasts.
My ring, just under a year after I bought it, encountered an issue with the skin temperature sensor. Once I reached out to the support team and detailed the problem, they promptly initiated the return of the faulty ring and arranged for a replacement. They provided professional guidance throughout the process, with clear and precise explanations. This is the standard for excellent customer service. Consequently, I am now an even more loyal customer. I wholeheartedly recommend their products to anyone, considering the high level of service.
I purchased a RingConn ring nearly one year ago.I was generally happy with the purchase until now.Today, the ring was no longer paired with my iPhone. When I attempt to repair, I get the message:"This ring has been used in a trade-in program and does not support binding"I have not traded in this ring, nor have I attempted to do so.I have contacted customer support, but based on past experience I'm not hopeful of a response.
The worst LT ever. They ship their rings from China with the cheapest and slowest shipping company (yuntrack). It’s ridiculous that I have placed my order of the Ringconn Gen2 on October 4th and not yet received. I ordered the sizing kit to confirm and they sent it via the same shipping company. It took them 10 days to deliver it to Saudi. I confirmed the size on the same day and another two processing days to send the ring. I guess now I have to wait till November to receive it. COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED with Ringconn quality services.
I received mine yesterday and unfortunately it doesn’t work properly. At first, it didn’t measure vitals or steps at all. It only started working after several ring resets and reinstalling the app.RingConn claims that vitals are measured every 2–3 minutes, but in my case, heart rate is measured every 5–10 minutes, and HRV or SpO2 only once every 30 minutes! On top of that, the ring counted my shower as 800 steps... The product is practically useless. The worst part is the customer support. I reported the issue, described everything in detail, sent pictures – and I was basically brushed off. Their response was that “everything looks fine” on their end. No suggestions on what I could try, no explanation of what might be wrong, and definitely no mention of replacing a defective product. So now I’m left with a faulty piece of metal worth $400 :(
My first Gen2 ring died within 2 months of receiving it. I went back and forth with support, providing data, pictures, and videos of the ring. Eventually, they sent me a new ring. In under a month, my new ring has stopped charging - I fully charged it once after receiving and the next time I needed to, it won't charge. I reset the ring and the charging case is fully charged, but while the ring initially showed it would "slow charge" for 73 minutes to full power, it sat in the charger for over an hour with no progress. The charging case itself is not registering in the app and now, the ring itself is no longer recognizing being put in the charger. Perhaps my charging case also has a faulty battery? I have not yet heard back from support, but either way, I wouldn't expect 2 products (arguably 3 - 2 rings and 1 charging case) to have failures within 5 months of purchase. Incredibly disappointing, not a trust worthy product.
Bought the GEN 1. Battery life (now 1 1/2 to 2 days) is a royal pain in the ass! Contacted RingConn, they said “sorry but you are out of warranty”! However they suggested several “hopeful” fixes to resolve my problem. Nothing worked! They then offered me $150 off the newest model. Why would I want to buy another one when I most likely would end up with the same problem? Stick to the Oura ring. Wife’s has been without problems for the past 5 years!
