Brad from Notrub was fantastic. From initial contact through to completion he was amazing. The whole process you deal with Brad, no going from trade to trade, Brad takes care of it all.It took us a while deciding what we wanted. Brads help and advice and using technology was so appreciated.Monday morning we had 3 single roller doors & less than 36hrs later we had a large double and a single panel lift doors. This involved a lot of demolishing brick work but when finished there was zero mess.We are so happy with our new doors and so impressed how professional, a great tradesman and a nice guy Brad is. I'm extremely happy and satisfied with the work delivered to us by Brad and Gary. Firstly they both are very good human being and honest people. Very friendly and polite. Patiently answered and clarified all our questions and guided us to what is good for us. I signed contract with Brad to remove my old doors and install sectional garage doors at my home. Brad helped me to make decisions on all stages. I was amazed with his smart skills and how he uses technology in the most efficient way right from contract signing stage to all the way to work completion. He issued nicely drafted transparent legal contract documents, invoices at all stages, that really impressed me. From the work perspective, Brad and Gary knows the job very well. From the moment we requested a quote, Brad and the team at Notrub were professional, responsive, friendly, and helpful. Brad has done a perfect job last Friday. As planned, he arrived at 5:40am, and gradually set up all his tools. I appreciated that he covered the gutter to avoid of anything falling to it. He completed the job on time.
