Review Time
We have been waiting for a joiner for around 2 months so we were starting to get a little bit agitated as it didn’t seem like anyone was taking accountability for our issue.
However, I would’ve happily waited another 2 months if I’d have know Lee was coming! He was such a caring and genuine person who made the whole experience worth the wait. Lee sorted out our doors with no problems, he even took the time to inspect the rest of the house off his own back and found another issue with the doors that we would never have guessed was an issue.
We are most grateful for this and his efforts. He is direct for Anwyl Homes and loves his job and the company he works for which really helps shine a bright light over the company.

Had some remedial work done by Tony Murray who was excellent, came through assessed the work, discussed what he could get done and in what time frame and got more than expected done plus helped me out with a job I was working on. Top bloke and a credit to the company 👍🏻
Super grateful to Paul and Tony from the customer care snag team for coming round at such short notice to complete some remediation work in the kitchen. They had a cancellation from another job and were able to come round just a day or so after I had submitted the request for work to be done. They managed to fix both the issues, plus a few other loose ends in the kitchen as well. Thank you so much for your help!

We first reserved back in early 2023 on Priory Gardens, from that initial appointment, Steph & Sam were amazing (even with our last minute plot change on exchange day!) nothing was too much for them and helped us through every step as we waited for the build but with their guidance it went by super quick!Thanks you for making what should have been a stressful experience so seamless xx
