I ordered a mystery box for my son for Christmas, but it arrived late. When I opened it, I was extremely disappointed with the contents: a low-quality pair of trainers, a small bag, a pen, and a shoehorn. I’m sending it back for a refund and hope the process is quick, but I doubt I’ll purchase from this service again. It was definitely not worth the price I paid.

I purchased shoes from this service, and they discolored as soon as they got wet in the rain. I contacted their support team, but they claimed there was no defect, even though it's clear there is. They should have mentioned that the shoes shouldn't come into contact with water, which feels like false advertising. They offered me 10% off my next purchase, but I won't be ordering from this service again!
