Not a good experience

Not a good experience. Still can’t get any response from Novallene. They should take all of their commercials off fb and everywhere else they advertise. Sorry company!

I ordered b1g1 free prefilled eggs

SCAM! I ordered b1g1 free prefilled eggs, I ordered the 30 pack and should have received 60 eggs. I received 12. It took 2 weeks to receive the order of 12. This is a scam. They do not have a working phone number and don't answer emails

BEWARE OF FREE EGGS!

I ordered the prefilled Easter eggs. It was buy one, get one free for $24.99. They also forced me to buy delivery insurance for $3.95. I only received 12 eggs in a flimsy package, not the box that’s pictured. I have sent many messages without any return contact from them. I contacted the delivery company who said to contact Novallene. So I have never received the “FREE” eggs or heard from the company.

Beware

I ordered the pack of 30 pre filled plush eggs for easter on the buy one get one free offer. After quite a delay a package arrived, it contained 12 eggs and several of the seals were broken. Despite several emails to the company I have had no response. They cost £26 once insurance (which i didn't ask for) and postage were added. That's an awful lot for 12 bits of tatt. Do not use this company.
