We chose Nicola Phillips on the advice of our selling agent. I have to say I have mixed reviews on using them. We were buying and selling our property. I am unsure if the service may have been different had it not been for the COVID issues. All of the staff were very friendly, when I could get hold of them and for the most part were very helpful.I did find that I had to chase up on quite a few occasions to get a reply, particularly when asking for receipts for money paid. When it came down to it, in the final stages they worked quickly and efficiently.

Often with some you feel like the person dealing with you is not qualified, and doesn't answer quickly to queries. NPS and in particular Kevin was instrumental in passing our family sale through. From start to finish, Kevin was always available when required, quick to respond to enquiries, and dealt with a whole host of hurdles including a difficult estate agent and problematic moving arrangements. After trialing various conveyancers around Horsham and becoming sorely disappointed with their offerings, it’s an absolute relief to finally be able to work with one who is proactive, friendly, professional and diligent. Would recommend.
