I had some gum issues during Invisalign and decided to try this. It’s simple to add into my nightly routine and doesn’t cause any discomfort. After a few weeks, there was some improvement according to my orthodontist, but it wasn’t a dramatic change. It seems helpful, just not a complete solution.
