I purchased my products in January, but after a month of waiting, they still hadn’t arrived. When I contacted the company, I was told the package had been lost in transit and was advised to email customer service in Australia. First thing to do, check the quality and depth of the 5* reviews vs the 1* ... the 5* are like bot accounts copy and pasting.
As with all these other instagram and tik tok revelations, it doesnt work. Theres so many examples of paid collaborators with hair transplants that alpha claimed was their products results; so you know these people cant be trusted.
If a product existed that regrew hair reliably for people, it would be in every store, pharmacy and supplement store, but.. its not. That tells you all you need to know.
When it comes to the refund, like many others, I've had the same awful response, offering 50% but I have to return the product (What product, its now an empty box), claiming if I stick with them it'll 100% end up working for me, which is a WILD claim in itself and probably borderline illegal to make... then they offered 70% and now I'm waiting for the next reply.
First time I've ever attempted one of these on trend things, and it'll be the last.
Hopefully someone with a bit of know how and cash can make a case against them for completely miss selling a product and making false claims.
