Jessamyn confirmed there was a system wide glitch, which made the error, but let me know that if there was a refund available on our account they were leaving as is. I thought it was so generous that they had a glitch and let us keep the benefit. That shows excellent customer service, in my opinion. Jessamyn was the rep that helped me and she was delightful to work with. We love working with Number Barn for our phone number needs.
