After my father passed away, I didn't want to keep paying for his monthly cell phone just to able to keep his number (which he had had my whole life) NumberBarn offered the perfect solution. Later on, I transferred a second number to their service, and when there was a slight issue with the transfer going through, they were super responsive, communicated daily, and got it quickly resolved. Highly recommend!

I had an issue where I did not see that my credit card on file at NumberBarn had expired. After a number of attempts my account was deleted. It was super easy after emailing support to re-instate the account. Support was fantastic sending a very detailed email and what to do next.

Great customer service. I had parked a number that I had for years as a land line and I added a few other numbers at very fair prices. The only small bump in the road was a slow port over from my current cell phone supplier. Number barn verified and moved the transaction along. Thank you customer service team.
