Poor communication (customer service couldn't follow the thread email to email, replying untrue things or unrelated things), unprofessional service (copy & paste deflection, refusal to answer, making up T&C's that aren't part of promotion and when confronted with proof they're making it up, marked this as "resolved" when it isn't even close.), solution was unhelpful (NO SOLUTION).
They fully just closed it because they couldn’t be arsed to deal with me not going away. AND they’re too lazy to deal with a genuine issue. Absolute clowns.

This experience showed me how little both PayPal and CapCut care about their users.I was charged for a subscription and tried to resolve it, only to be bounced between both companies. CapCut refused to take responsibility and redirected me to a third party, while PayPal denied the case without properly addressing that fact.No real support, no accountability, just generic responses and closed cases.It’s not about $11.99 — it’s about the complete lack of responsibility and customer service.If something goes wrong, don’t expect either of them to help.
I pay Standard and every my video is Advertising cap cat . Templates I was using , functions I was using , pictures and everything else. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY I NEED TO ADVERTISE FOR THEM ! I AM NOT A BLOGER, i like for hobbies to do videos. This is ridiculous
I honestly can’t believe this. This software doesn’t even have proper support—no email, no real support channel, just social media, and nobody ever responds. The app lags like hell. I canceled my premium subscription and even got a confirmation, yet you’re still trying to charge me. This company basically doesn’t exist online in terms of support. Total crap software.
