The product doesn't work. With the first order you are automatically placed on a subscription which is difficult to cancel. I was only able to delay the second order until I found a way to cancel. The company canceled after 2 days of no response but no refund as of yet and have not answered any emails either. I received the initial order after 2 months of waiting. Their customer service is terrible. The worst company.

I paused my subscription as I hadn't had the chance to start using the product. And yet they continue to send new orders and charge me despite an email confirming the pause. Now my email has been disabled, and I can't access my account. They don't respond to emails or online messages on their site. Totally unacceptable.

A crooked operation , one order leads to ever increasing in price monthly deliverys that are very difficult ( but not impossible) to cancel. I can only imagine that any product sold in such a dishonest way is of dubious quality - it has made no difference to me . Avoid this Company at all costs !

I had the same experience as others! TERRIBLE Customer Service!! Somehow they showed me as signing up for a subscription! I have tried to cancel it SEVERAL times and they keep sending the product and charging my credit card. I get NO RESPONSE!!!
AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY! I don't ever write such negative reviews, but this has gone beyond bad!!!

Product was good and is working. It did get delivered. But seems impossible to cancel my subscription. i was able to PAUSE it but it will not let me cancel it when i'm logged in. Says that action is "frozen" by the shop owner. Every single attempt to reach out has gone ignored. Email, form submission on the website, etc. Virtually no customer service after the product is delivered and subscription is set to auto renew. I had to put in a CC number and then cancel that card to ensure I wouldn't get charged in the future if it ever "unpaused". For this reason I would not recommend!

Deeply disappointed by unauthorized charges

I am extremely unhappy, as unauthorized funds have been taken from my account for something I didn’t want. Is this service legitimate or just another scam? It seems unlikely that I will recover my money. I was not informed I was subscribing for more of this product, which was far from what I expected. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the service. 😒

This is not at all what I anticipated, as unauthorized funds were taken from my account for something I didn't want. Is this service genuine or just another scam? If I could give this service a 0 rating, I definitely would. Like many others, I was signed up for a subscription without my consent and have been unable to cancel it. I reached out via email, and they only responded once, stating I could cancel through their portal, which I couldn't locate. After reading several reviews, I contacted my credit card company, shared the overall feedback, and they agreed to block any further charges. In the future, I will check reviews before signing up for anything. This is the second time I’ve faced issues like this, and the reviews were consistently negative. I recommend looking for alternatives that work without any scams.

I advise others to steer clear of this service, monitor their bank statements, and be prepared to escalate if needed. This experience has been frustrating and feels financially abusive.

Fraudulent experience

Like many others, I purchased a small bottle and was shocked by its size. They turned a one-time purchase into a subscription, which feels fraudulent. I complained and received an email confirming the cancellation, but two days later, I was charged again without my consent. It's been hard to reach anyone, and their claim of a $1,500 refund is also misleading. I requested my refund, but have yet to receive any response after a week.
