Review Time
Absolutely horrible. I asked for its help to design in code. A simple website and it produced the website. It was nice. Fancy looked good. Cost me over $140 but something that would have cost me $10 somewhere else. If that said, I could deploy it on its famous connected thing. The back end wouldn't work for 3 hours, 4 hours. It would deploy the website at all. Every time you ask it to do something it charges your $20 for 4,000 credits. You asked what the task is going to cost ahead of time. It's just $4 or 500 credits. Next thing you know $180 is out of your account and I still don't have a deployable code. The code is incomplete. There are no assets included in the code. So while it said it was giving me a code so I could deploy it myself on a different platform, it gave me an incomplete code. Now I go back in and say I need the code. It says it's happy to produce it but then tries to charge me money every single time. I've got video of it to prove it. Horrible, horrible site. It's supposed to be smart when the customer puts in the prompt. Do not charge my card at every single prompt and it charges its card come on
What an amazing onboarding experience. It truly requires you to open your mind to the possibilities that SuperCool presents and to think outside the box and EXPLORE! There’s no SuperCool for Dummies book so it’s going to be a learning experience every time you use it. With new capabilities being added on the reg it will never be a static experience. Engage your brain! You are the interface to SuperCool and the output is only as good as your ability to communicate clearly and effectively your desired outcome.
I’m super excited by the power of this AI and the possibilities it presents. And the Learning Hub is excellent for having your questions answered. Get in and learn! This is new to everyone and you’re on the ground floor of a whole new world.
WOW. This program has blown ChatGPT completely out of the water. Although we are just getting our feet with with AI, this program has to be one of my favorites since trying new AI software. Super excited to see the evolution of this movement.

I had some initial problems, but the team was very quick to resolve them for me. It only took a few hours to hear from them via their support email. It wasnt a great for for me overall, but I dont have enough use for that high of a level of quality.
I am a new subscriber to Supercool, not new to the use of AI. I started out with a simple task, asking it to create a one paragraph Facebook post on a certain subject matter, with related image, to see how it responds in comparison to other AI apps. What I have instantly noticed:
- High token/credit usage for basic prompts (free on other platforms).
- It does not always complete system acknowledged tasks, forcing you to create additional prompts, when inquiring about the missing component.
Each prompt costs credits. In my case, it created the image, but failed to produce text. It did acknowledge the mistake, but I was forced to generate another prompt - when having to ask about the missing text content. Whether this is a bug, or preset system function, only the developer knows. But it is apparently a frequent occurrence.
In the intro video you are encouraged to put in a prompt to see how SuperCool can help your business. That prompt is 200 credits and in my opinion the output is not very detailed. I was very excited about SuperCool, but don't find it cost effective, nor efficient for what you end up paying in credits for the service offered.
WOW!! So dissapointet!! Way overpriced! Not transparent on what you end up paying and just bill you a lot of money for essentially nothing! Got NOTHING usefull created and ended up costing me 50 bucks!!!
In the space of 90 minutes, I watched a webinar where Supercool created the website for a pizza restaurant. While the website was being created, there was a demo of Google ads marketing blueprint and materials. The Pizza site looked very slick and gorgeous, sure to attract customers. I will be using Supercool to design and build websites for for SMB customers.
Sat in on a call with Jonathan and Terry about a prompting in supercool and famous. Very good strategies for focusing your prompting. Thanks for providing the details.
I tried purchasing the platform and was not able to. The company may have to look into using PayPal which may be a better option for persons whose paying method may not be approved because of the country they are from. I even tried emailing them twice. SO this is not cool Supercool!!!!!
