Fraudulent experience

Like many others, I purchased a small bottle and was shocked by its size. They turned a one-time purchase into a subscription, which feels fraudulent. I complained and received an email confirming the cancellation, but two days later, I was charged again without my consent. It's been hard to reach anyone, and their claim of a $1,500 refund is also misleading. I requested my refund, but have yet to receive any response after a week.

Very frustrated

I’m extremely frustrated with this service. Initially, I thought it was my oversight regarding the subscription, but I regret trusting them with my order. Absolute scam. The NutraBoost Nail Fungus Treatment Gel is not WORKING!! Also they Turned my purchase into a subscription without consent. I've contacted them 6 times over the weeks for a refund with zero response. I had to contact my bank for a refund. Do not fall for this scam like I did.

This is a scam. They automatically plan to send another tube every month for perpetuity. I have cancelled this order through PayPal but there is no way you can 'manage' this reorder. I have 17 emails in from them after trying to cancel this nonsense 'subscription'
