I originally ordered off Amazon about 4 different boxes of Nutra Tea, I didn’t even think to look elsewhere until I saw a review saying it was cheaper on other sites! I’ve really enjoyed the tea that I’ve tried so far, so I went direct to their own website and realised they were gifting merch depending on how much you ordered! I placed a large order so recieved an extra box of tea, mug, tea buddy, travel mug, tea caddy and a tote. Everything is incredible quality, I’m so happy! I’ve been giving out teabags to friends and family so they can try them for different things that might help issue they suffer with! I also love that you can reuse the teabags! They say up to 3 times, I use them twice and have no complaints 😍

The quality of tea and packaging.

The quality of tea, packaging and prompt service was excellent. Some of the tea is for my daughter who lives in China and expecting a baby. Their range of teas for different occasions and variety is impressive.

My package wasnt delivred to me

My package wasnt delivred to me, neighbours claim not to have it, and NutraTea dont seem to want to put things right, really disappointed, my order has not been delivered to me, it was sent by Tracked RoyalMail, NutraTea should be taking this up with RoyalMail and replacing the order, but I feel thet do not care. My advice it to make sure you are willing to put up with bad customer service.

Good service

Bought 5 boxes of very nice tea. Unfortunately one of the boxes was split and a few of the bags were open. Customer service was brilliant and they sent another box immediately. Good produxt, good service.
