I encountered a problem with my order, but it was swiftly addressed, and my items are now on their way. The issue was with the courier service, yet the seller took care of everything at their cost, which I appreciated as excellent service. The courier has yet to inform me about my parcel, which is disappointing on their part.
If I could rate them with zero stars, I would. I placed an order at the end of November for delivery on December 10th, but they shipped it via a courier service that failed to deliver. When I contacted them to request a refund, the representative was very defensive and insisted I wait another day for the package. It’s unacceptable to think of meat sitting for 48 hours in a box supposedly with dry ice—it would be spoiled! After repeatedly asking for a refund and being denied, I mentioned leaving negative feedback, to which he responded, "I don’t care!" Yes, you read that correctly—they truly do not care. They blamed the courier for the delivery issue, knowing full well they are the cheapest option with poor service. This is not the level of customer service one would expect when paying £5 for 400g of sausage. I will never order from them again—stay away!
I regularly order baby food for my children and some beloved delicacies from my hometown that are hard to find elsewhere. We experienced a minor mix-up initially, but the owner personally called me to clarify the situation. Since then, everything has been smooth, and my orders always arrive on time. If you're looking for Italian cuisine, I highly recommend this service.

Excellent food and service. I've been ordering from them for years. There was only one instance of a delivery failure during a holiday week, and they made it right. Special mention goes to their Salcicciamo sausage and meatball products.
I placed an order over two weeks ago to test before expanding to all our locations. I followed up repeatedly, only to be told it was out for delivery. Then, I received an email stating it wasn’t out yet, but it would be on Monday. When Monday arrived, I had to call and was told they 'forgot to load' the truck. Ultimately, I was informed it was my fault for not allowing enough time. I have never encountered a wholesaler unable to fulfill an order with over two weeks' notice.
The service itself is excellent, but I wish they would stop using the courier service. Three times now, my parcel has been delivered to a completely wrong address, hours past the expected time. The delivery company is absolutely unreliable, and I believe my parcel would stand a better chance arriving if sent via carrier pigeon. After this latest incident, where I had to drive to retrieve my box and was met with resistance, I’m uncertain if I will order again.
