Sceptical!

I placed 2 orders with them for slimfast. The advert was for 10 meal tubs, buy 2 get one free at £2.99 a tub. The first order, I bought 4 tubs with 2 free. When they arrived they were 8 meal tubs ( so 12 meals short of stated advert). I contacted customer services who asked me to photograph the label so they could tell who the 'picker' was at the warehouse. They immediately offered an £8 discount voucher which I thought was fair given the price of a tub, the amount the order was short & the £4.99 p&p. Customer services was quick to respond.I ordered again within a couple of days, same offer, this time I bought 2 tubs & 1 free. When they arrived, 8 meal tubs instead of 10 again. Contacted customer services, sent the photos of the label to them. I pointed out this was the 2nd time this had happened. This time they offered me 10% off my next order which amounts to nowhere near the £8 discount voucher they offered the first time. When I pointed this out & said 20% would be more fitting they issued a voucher for this amount. I realise now this doesn't equate to covering the 6 meals that the order was short of. They said it was an error on their website which had now been rectified , which is true. It has made me sceptical about using this company again. If I do, I will be keeping a very close eye on the contents of the order. On a positive, customer services were very quick to respond & the orders were dispatched & recieved quickly, which is why the review gained it's 3 stars

Quick, mostly cheap enough, reliable.

Quick, mostly cheap enough, reliable. But to the marketing team "new drops" is lazy and childish. That's a silly American term for clothing labels with limited edition items. Not protein bars. Don't demean yourselves by jumping on silly trends.
