Been using Nutricircle for some months now, after searching for affordable protein bars. Love the idea of being able to buy short dated bars at a great price. I had an issue recently as I received the wrong order but the company were very quick to sort it out. Will definitely continue ordering from here!

I'm disappointed to leave a one-star review, but this situation has gone nowhere.

I’ve placed around 15–20 orders [each in the range of 50-70 GBP] with this company in the past and everything was fine—until now. My most recent order shows as "delivered" by DPD, but all I received was a vague photo of the box, sitting somewhere, not even showing it at my doorstep. The company refuses to offer a refund or replacement unless I file a police report and provide a reference number. Frankly, I don’t have the time to jump through these hoops.It is the company’s responsibility to ensure the courier delivers the package properly; with a signature or clear delivery photo. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and after being a loyal customer for so long, I will not be placing another order. You've lost my trust.Edit [22/07/2025]: I’m currently waiting to see how Nutricircle addresses the issue and will update my review accordingly based on their response. My go to protein bars and pre workout drinks at a fraction of the price! Even when encountering an issue with damaged products in transit, nurticicle rectified this inconvenience straight away! 5 stars.

Horrible experience ordering with these people

Poor poor customer service. Payed extra for next day delivery yet took 4 days to receive my order. When i recieved my order i only had half the items i payed for.

First stop shop

Ordered plenty from them over the past year or two, quality and delivery always top notch. The only time I've ever had an issue they were very fast to make it right. Always my first stop when I need protein bars or energy drinks
