While transferring my profits from my forex broker went smoothly, I encountered issues when attempting to transfer to my bank account in the UAE. They were unable to process it and provided no explanation. Transfers are only supported to local banks.
I converted $200 into a digital currency through the app, expecting I could later send or convert it back to cash. However, after the conversion, the app provided no option to withdraw the funds or revert them. Now, my money is completely inaccessible. I reached out to the support team multiple times, but their responses were unhelpful and dismissive. It feels like a scam, as they hold your money without a clear way to retrieve it. I strongly recommend avoiding this service.
This service is among the worst and feels like a scam. I deposited $50, thinking I could withdraw it, but was told a minimum withdrawal of $100 was required. I then deposited another $50, but they deducted $40 in fees. I've never encountered such poor service. I urge everyone to avoid this company; it's baffling that it remains operational.
