Fantastic products. I went all in and purchased a large quantity, receiving free items as well. Every interaction with customer service during business hours was exceptional; they were helpful, communicated clearly, and provided significant assistance. The products are remarkable, and I felt a boost in my vitality within just two days.
I tried this product for a few months and thought I noticed some changes, but ultimately realized I didn't, so I attempted to cancel the auto shipment, which was nearly impossible. They require you to call and speak to someone, where I often got disconnected, yet they continued sending products and billing me. I've yet to receive any response regarding a return or refund. This company seems fraudulent, and I've learned they have several class action lawsuits against them. BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
Very misleading! I canceled my order months ago through their website, yet I was charged $75.00 at 3 AM. I emailed them for a refund and to ensure no future charges would occur. I was informed that the order had already shipped, and the cancellation option on the website was invalid. Even if it's mentioned in fine print, having a cancellation button that gives the impression of being effective is dishonest and misleading. I will make sure to inform as many people as possible about this company!
I didn't notice a significant difference while using it versus not using it, even after trying it for a while. Sometimes I felt effects, but not consistently, and not worth the cost. So, I stopped using it. My main issue with them is their auto-pay system. You can call to pause your subscription, but if you want to cancel it, you still receive the last order. For instance, I received an email confirming my order at 1:05 a.m., followed by another identical email. I emailed them at 6:13 a.m. requesting to cancel the order, but was told I had to call customer service to do so. I called at 8:55 a.m., and while they canceled the order, it was already processing, so they couldn’t stop it. Their shipping process seems designed to maximize their profits, leaving no time for consumers to modify or cancel orders. This alone is enough for me to end my auto-pay subscription.
Avoid this company. If you take advantage of their free offer, they will do everything possible to keep you on an auto-pay subscription. They will aggressively pressure you over the phone to maintain your auto-pay. They refer to their tactics as 'providing options.' The product itself is underwhelming, primarily water with minimal igf-1. If you attempt to cancel, they will email you, claiming they will enhance the igf-1 for free, as long as you continue the auto subscription. Steer clear of this service.
Initially, I left a very negative review with one star, mainly because I assumed I wouldn't be able to cancel my last order based on some online information. I emailed expressing my frustration, but they actually responded and were able to cancel my last order. I should have waited for their response before jumping to conclusions based on what I read online.
