Poor Quality, looks worse than something from Temu, the blanket is that thin and too small for a King Size. I looked and There is a no refunds policy so no hope of a refund. The order took weeks to come so I emailed them to chase up the order and no reply. The “silk” pillow cases couldn’t have cost more than 5c because it definitely isn’t silk. Dont but anything off FB, it sounded too good to be true. Beware, and just don’t do it.

They sent me my blankets using a fraudulent postage sticker, meaning I owed the post office $13.28 to get my package. Note to self...DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OFF OF FACEBOOK. It was paid for on 12/9 and I received it after Christmas-it was a gift.
Top-level fraud! For ~85$ (after a great discount, of course, “last day promotions”) , you receive a cheap blanket of Chinese production (and not the best), unbranded, compressed in a vacuum package. The cost of such a blanket on AliExpress is 5-7 times cheaper than at Nuvo. It tops my list of unsuccessful purchases in the last 10 years. Advice: don't even get close!
Exceptionally poor customer service. My order arrived incomplete as the plastic bag they had packed my order in had split open. I contacted them and was told:‘According to our company policy, we are not responsible for any errors…caused by the postal service.’I do not hold any postal service responsible for shoddy packaging. I have lost a significant amount of money and have no way of getting any refund or replacement. A poor company that does not value its customers. Avoid at all costs.
Note to self, never buy anything via Facebook! I bought one of Nuvodreams "cooling blankets" during the summer heatwave, and waited for approximately 3 weeks for the delivery (from CHINAI learned). The blanket was not cheap at nearly £60 but the advertisement was vey convincing. What I received however was a polyester blanket with running seems, and entirely different look than advertised. It's not good enough for our cat. I also never received any kind of communication from the vendor informing what I just bought, and shipping and tracking details. I have since emailed them twice, and no reply. I luckily used my credit card, so have asked them to get the money back under my consumer rights "not as described". Do not use this company.
