Review Time
Purchased a LOQ laptop, came defective, requested a replacement. Took so long I canceled it. Still waiting for the refund. Worse company ever. I have called sooo many times. Will try again tomorrow. I do NOT recommend this company.
The build quality is an absolute joke. Within months, the "premium" finish starts peeling, and the hinges—the most basic mechanical part of a laptop—feel like they were engineered out of recycled plastic spoons. Don't be surprised if your screen starts flickering or the keyboard decides that certain vowels are "optional" just after the return window closes.
Thermal Management: These machines run hotter than a backyard grill. You can’t even use it on your lap without risking a burn, and the fan noise sounds like a jet engine preparing for takeoff just to open a single browser tab.
Battery Life: The advertised "all-day battery" is a total myth. Expect it to plummet from 100% to "Critical Alert" the moment you unplug the charger.
The Service: A Black Hole of Bureaucracy
If the hardware is bad, the customer service is a catastrophe. Dealing with their support team is like shouting into a void.
The Infinite Loop: You’ll be bounced between departments, forced to repeat your serial number to five different people, only to be told that your very obvious hardware defect is "software-related" and not covered.
Repair Limbo: If you are "lucky" enough to get a repair authorized, kiss your laptop goodbye for weeks. They’ll ship it to a depot where it sits untouched, only to return it with the same issue—and perhaps a few new scratches for good measure.
The Warranty Scam: They look for every possible loophole to deny a claim. It’s clear their priority isn’t fixing your machine; it’s protecting their bottom line.
The Verdict
Buying a Lenovo is essentially paying for a high-priced paperweight and a headache. Save your money and your sanity—look literally anywhere else.
I returned my Lenovo order (Lenovo Legion Offer, €1,527.03) on 15 December 2025 via PostNL to Lenovo’s facility in Eindhoven.
I have full proof of return and provided it multiple times.
As of 6 February 2026, Lenovo has still not refunded me, even though Dutch law (Article 6:230r BW) requires refunds within 14 days.
I followed up repeatedly (January 5, 15, 22, 26), attaching all evidence, yet their representative kept replying with excuses like “logistics is still searching” or promising 3–5 business days that never happen.
This is completely unacceptable. Lenovo’s handling of refunds and customer communication is disappointing and unprofessional.
I strongly advise others to be cautious when buying directly from Lenovo.
Omg, where do I start with this company. Everything about this company sucks, especially their customer service. I ordered a monitor, and now after two months I am still waiting for it and I don't even know the status of it. I literally called 11 times, and not only that but they took money from my account and I can't even cancel the order because they have to wait to confirm my order. Customer service sucks, order status sucks, everything. Do not go at all costs
The website said free and fast shipping. Then it shipped from China. Nothing on the website or ordering process said it was going to ship from China. I could have ordered from a local supplier for the same price and had it by now.
Then they sold me an on site repair that is useless to me. It wasn't optional, no was to opt out.
I am beyond frustrated with my experience. I placed an order for a laptop, and just a few days later, the price dropped significantly. I contacted customer service immediately, only to be told they couldn't price match until I received the order—even though the item hadn't even shipped yet!
After being kept on a call for nearly an hour, they finally agreed to the price match but demanded a screenshot of the new price. I sent it right away. Then they changed the rules again, telling me I had to add the item to my cart to "prove" the price. Surprise, surprise: as soon as I tried, the item showed as "temporarily unavailable."
It felt like a total manipulation of their inventory to avoid honoring the sale price while they kept me trapped on the line. To make matters worse, when I finally requested a supervisor, the representatives became sarcastic and kept me on hold indefinitely. This company is unprofessional and dishonest. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
Lenovo brand is worst with an experience of worst service provided by store or customer service.
They don't provide home visit in case of any technical issues or manufacturing defect please do 🚫 not buy the product
I've been using a laptop for daily work, browsing, and media, and overall it’s been a positive experience. The display and build quality are impressive, and it has withstood regular use well. The performance is more than sufficient for my needs, and it feels more high-end than many similarly priced options. The only drawback has been some preinstalled software and updates, which can be somewhat bothersome or unnecessary. However, once that is addressed, the device operates smoothly and reliably. In summary, it has been a reliable laptop, and I would consider this brand again based on my experience.
I have a notebook that is extremely sluggish with Windows 11 due to the company limiting the Intel CPU to just 11-12 Watts. You might expect a laptop with Intel's Turbo Boost Technology to perform better, but in reality, the company restricts the Turbo Boost that could reach up to 55 Watts for short bursts, then drops down to 15 Watts.
I cannot recommend this product: I bought a 2TB external SSD and used it for standard file transfers. During the continuous copying of about 60 GB of data, the SSD got excessively hot. This degree of heat raises concerns for long-term usage and data integrity. While performance is adequate, the thermal management leaves much to be desired. Potential buyers intending to conduct large or frequent data transfers should consider this heating problem before making a purchase.
