I ordered products from Nykaa beauty. They delayed delivery and eventually admitted to have lost it. Offered refund. They have such an inefficient system and people working. I told multiple times i wont be available on call from a certain date if they delay it any further. Yet they did and guess what they tried calling when i was out of country. Such morons literally. To this date they are not able to process. BTW most stuff they sell on Nykaa are fake. Especially brands like Nike puma etc

Received an Incomplete Product and Poor Support

I ordered an epilator and received an incomplete product from the platform, only to find that their so-called 'easy return' policy is more of a marketing gimmick than a reality. After submitting multiple return requests and speaking with several representatives, I waited over two weeks without any resolution. On the 14th day, the platform conveniently stated that electronic items are not their responsibility and directed me to contact the brand, despite this being a clear case of incomplete delivery. It's quite disappointing to witness such a lack of accountability from a company led by its CEO. The customer service does not align with the brand's image.

Kharab customer service experience

Bahot hi bekar customer service hai. Maine same address par kai orders diye the pehle, lekin ab galat pincode batakar parcel deliver nahi ho raha hai. Customer care number bhi hamesha band hai. Chat functionality me bhi koi solution nahi milta. Aur aap order cancel bhi nahi kar sakte.

Deceptive brands and poor support.

There are deceptive brands on the platform. Resolving issues caused by them takes an incredibly long time. The support team struggles to grasp the problem. You find yourself explaining the same issue to numerous representatives. Each time, a different person responds, leading to repeated explanations. The brands, materials, and products do not match the images. This service cannot be trusted. It's not worth the risk.

False promises disguised as discount offers

The company deceives customers with coupon offers. I purchased items worth a significant amount and applied a coupon for a discount. However, during checkout, the total charged was higher than expected. When I contacted them about the issue, they provided numerous excuses, ultimately stating they could do nothing since the items had already been shipped. I urge others to be cautious of their discount offers.

Extremely poor e-commerce experience

This is one of the worst e-commerce platforms I've encountered. Orders are delayed, customer service is unreachable, and when you do get through, the representatives have poor communication skills. I regret my first order and will not be returning.
