Terrible Customer Services and overhyped products

Bought Nyx Can’t Stop Won’t Stop foundation recently. The texture was absolutely rubbish, but the colour was good. I emailed them one day after I purchased the item that I don’t like it and they haven’t bothered to respond. Customer service absolutely rubbish.

NYX "Born to Glow" foundation

I dabbled in makeup quite a bit when I was younger. It's a tad more intimidating in my mid 60s. But the "Born To Glow" foundations from NYX wore beautifully on my textured skin, without emphasising any fine lines! Would recommend to all the older ladies xx

Not bad quality but the colours can be a bit off. I bought an under eye concealer and it was a bit too orange. I should go into the store next time it’s just been difficult with Covid

NYX cosmetics UK is horrible in terms of shipping

NYX cosmetics UK is horrible in terms of delivery of package. They charge almost for pounds for shipping yet it takes forever to send the items. I ordered tiny items. All the items I ordered after ordering from Nyx have been delivered. I’m so pissed 😡

I love their make up but...

I love their make up but they sent me two products completely smashed to pieces. Of 4 compacts, 2 were perfect and 2 were smashed beyond use. I got powder everywhere and 1 of the 2 smashed compacts is in pieces.
