I ordered once and my package had a tracking number, came on time… I’ve ordered a second time and they just ignored the order, I’ve sent an email but I have no response since 2 weeks ago. I’m not sure if they decide to ignore orders sometimes because I saw more reviews like this
As much as i wanted to like this business I can’t. I’ve used Freshtone.US for years and I needed an alternative business whenever freshtone is needing to restock on product however each contact lenses i’ve gotten over the years from EyeQ since 2019 and to recently have always irritated my eyes so bad. I never have this problem with other fake contact lenses so its confusing to me why. Anytime I have worn a lenses by EyeQBoutique it’s an uncomfortable feeling in my eye as if its sized wrong. After about 2 minutes i have to take them out immediately. Aside from this their shipping is extremely fast and their customer service is great. I just don’t have great experiences with this businesses product
