I made an enquiry via Facebook and received a call. I was enquiring about a specific cruise and subject to the price, I was ready to proceed. I was advised to leave my booking a few days until the seasonal promotion set in. Today I got a call advising that I was now eligible for an onboard spend with my booking, so I booked!!!
Have used ocean World travel several times. Always great friendly and helpful advice and service. We have just got back from a cruise on the Cunard Queen Anne and received a follow up call from Carrie checking we had a good time. Having already booked with Ocean World our next Cruise in 2026 I discussed and upgraded our cabin on the next cruise. We also received from Ocean World Travel a bottle of Champagne and chocolates on board. They are local and knowledgeable about the ships especially Cunard and P&O. Carrie and all the staff we have dealt with in the past couldn’t have been better.

Ocean World Travel was founded in 1995 by Michele Dance, who brought years of experience from managing a high street travel agency. What started as a small business quickly gained recognition in the cruise industry, working with esteemed cruise lines such as Fred Olsen, P&O Cruises, Cunard, Royal Caribbean International, and Celebrity Cruises.
After 20 years of success as a cruise call center, we expanded to offer a full range of travel services, culminating in the launch of our Chandler’s Ford shop. In 2020, we proudly celebrated our 25th anniversary, marking a legacy of excellence in travel.
