I booked a hotel for four nights over Christmas in Mexico. After flying from the UK to Cancun, I arrived at the hotel only to find no reservation. I spent £1600 for nothing. This feels like a scam, and I will pursue this matter until it's resolved.
Booking with this service was a mistake. They made unexpected changes to my flight and expected me to confirm again for a flight I had already paid for. This happened during Christmas 2025. It seems they profit by hoping travelers won’t respond. I had to bear all the costs to return home. I strongly advise against using this site.

I purchased tickets last night with the wrong travel date and contacted them immediately to change it. I was told I needed to pay a fee for basic service and send a new email, only to be informed they could do nothing. I contacted the airline directly, and they confirmed changes could be made, especially since less than 24 hours had passed. I will never use this service again!
