I started the process of will writing and power of attorney on Dec 2025. Still waiting to get errors corrected and paperwork finalised and it March 2026! Extremely slow response times. They promised to escalate my queries to their manager and the manager also fails to contact me. Mistakes have been made time after time at every step in the process. If this is the level of service I get while alive. How on earth will they help my family when I have died? Avoid.
