Camera purchase disappointment

Purchased a camera less than a year ago that initially worked well. However, it started having intermittent internet connectivity issues despite trying various solutions. I would advise against buying this product.

Initial Experience Was Good, But Then It Changed

When first installed, the app was free of ads for a month, but afterward it became unreliable, with ads appearing constantly as they push for a subscription to remove them. I wouldn't recommend purchasing a security camera since they don't disclose everything upfront!

Ineffective detection software

The human detection software is ineffective and frequently triggers false alarms from minimal movements like shadows or leaves. Additionally, the voice notification was changed to an annoying tone that is difficult to understand. They also frequently push for subscription upgrades with humorous messages that are not appreciated.

Frustrating app experience

Terrible camera quality

These cameras are subpar. I faced issues with one camera going offline while I was away, and despite being charged, I couldn't get it back online. Reinstalling was a nightmare, and the QR code scanning process was poorly executed. I consider these cameras to be junk and am now looking for a better system.

Deceptive practices with the camera

The camera worked well for about a year but then stopped recognizing the SD card. After researching, I found this is a common issue with the company, as they disable the SD card function to push for cloud services. I refuse to pay for something I don’t need and cannot recommend this camera or the company due to their unethical tactics.

Cameras fail to record

The cameras do not record properly, and the battery life is terrible. This has been the worst investment I've made. I strongly advise against buying this.
