I bought the OKUP M80A electric office chair from Amazon after seeing a few videos online, and I’m really happy with my choice. The chair came in two boxes, which looked a bit scary at first, but the installation was very easy — I put it together by myself in less than 40 minutes.The chair feels very solid and comfortable. The seat cushion is soft and supportive, and the recline and leg-rest adjustments work smoothly. I really like the heating feature — it’s perfect during long working hours or when the room gets cold in this winter time. The massage function is gentle too i would say.their customer service was very good, prompt response. I had one question about a wire connection below the chair as that wire was little short to connect to socket. Their tech support replied quickly and guided me to connect it . This was in fact so easy to connect after understanding. Very polite and professional.Overall, I’d highly recommend this chair to anyone who spends long hours working or studying. Great value for the money, excellent comfort, and outstanding customer support!
This has been the worst purchasing experience of my life. Okup Furniture — and specifically the person who manages it, “Gon”, operates in a way that is misleading, sneaky, and absolutely dishonest.Before anyone decides to take the risk of purchasing from this individual, I strongly urge you to first request the exact location and physical address of the business. In addition, verify the actual legal existence of this company in U.S. business registries. You will find no legitimate records, and that alone makes it clear that this is a scam. Doing this basic research before paying will help you safeguard your money and protect yourself from fraudulent practices.I bought chairs advertised as genuine leather with an aluminum frame. What I received was the complete opposite: cheap plastic pretending to be leather, and a structure that is not aluminum at all but extremely heavy iron. Nothing in these chairs corresponds to the description. This is not a misunderstanding. It is a deliberate misrepresentation designed to deceive customers.After discovering the scam, the nightmare only continued. Instead of taking responsibility, the seller played a constant game of excuses, delays, and manipulation. They pretended to issue a refund that never arrived, stretching the process for months and making everything as confusing and unprofessional as possible. Even the bank dispute was complicated by the seller’s evasive behavior.This is not just bad customer service. It’s a pattern. It’s a scheme. And it’s a fraud.Save yourself time, money, and frustration.
