Unclaimed prizes & complicated claiming

My issue with Omaze is the complication in receiving any winnings, trying to. Download the app is spiralling me into a link loop. The app is downloaded but logging in is very overly complicated and I’m 40, god forbid the old ones that try to log in, I bet they have thousands in unclaimed prizes that “expire”
