Ordered a fake streaming device

I ordered a fake streaming device, and they refuse to refund me. Nothing is loaded on it, and there is no remote. They provide countless excuses, claiming to be a small business that will refund me, but it never happens. Then they say I have to pay $40 to ship it back to China. Be cautious; they are scams.

Ongoing membership charges

They continue to charge for a membership even after I requested them to stop. I've reached out multiple times. They wait a while and then charge again. Not a trustworthy company.

If I could give it a zero I would

If I could give it a zero I would. Ordered a TV gadget that is supposed to give me TV more stations for no monthly charge. After about five weeks it came it was broken didn’t work. The remote didn’t work. The item itself probably worked but couldn’t get it to move on the TV after 20 back-and-forth emails. I finally had to settle for $25 refund on my $65 purchase they don’t tell you they are in China and you need to pay for return postage even on broken items. Definitely are a scam the phone number you call just hangs up on you after five or 10 minutes on hold very very frustrating. Do not deal with them. They are not very smart. Asking me to do a review. Don’t buy anything from them. Just a bunch of scammers still going to report them to the international bbb. My mistake now I’m stuck with a item that doesn’t even work that cost me $40.

I was happy with Emma she gets a five the company gets a one.

I was happy with Emma. The product was not what I expected and they said you could get refund. They don’t tell you need to return to China. I opted for a reduced price not not mail them back. Took a couple of weeks going back and forth to get it taken care of.

Stay away from clariohome omihomestore

Stay away from clariohome omihomestore. I received 4 Pulse Pro watches - I only wanted one. I was signed up for a “membership” that said it was free but was charged for 49,00 a month for each month. Had to dispute with my bank and cancel my credit card to make it stop. Even after and email on their site to cancel. Still don’t know what the membership benefits are! To start with, the phone # given on my bank statement answers with a nice message that they will “attempt” to get a service person to help you. The message plays 3 times and then goes dead. Must be a failed “attempt”. I tried this# several times with the same result. Then I tried e-mail. A quick response with the message that they got my message and they would get back to me within 24 hours. Didn’t happed. Several weeks went by another attempt . They continue to make nice but nothing happens . Stay away from any thing to do with Omihomestore or clariome! I

We purchased 3 Firestick clones for…

We purchased 3 Firestick cloans for $49.95 each. The company claimed that they provided free connections to all of the popular streaming companies like Apple, Disney, Netflix etc implying you could then actually watch programs on these sites. Once we received the merchandise, we were charged a monthly fee to use them, but that did not connect us to anything. We were able to dispute to monthly fee and have it returned but not the 3 devices. When I requested a refund the company required I send them to PPC. That's China. Freight for 3#'should be $30.This company is a fraud..

Do not go near this site under any circumstances they are total crooks. I tried in August to order a $64 ‘stick’ for access to alternative TV channels and they fraudulently used my credit card to send me $450 worth of sticks and subscriptions. I cancelled the order within 3 minutes and they still sent it. I sent it straight back without opening the package. They said if I wanted a refund I had to send everything back. I did this at a cost of $78. However, the package has been stuck at Chinese customs since September and Emma at Omni Homestore refuses to contact the customs clearing house to have the item cleared. This is after I gave all the information on how she can do this after an investigation by New Zealand Post. I have sent over 30 emails and although the order was cancelled within 3 minutes, well within the 12 hours cancellation period/policy they wouldn’t cancel it. I am out of pocket over $500, a very expensive lesson. Omni Homestore are total crooks. Not worth the sleepless nights and over $500 I have lost due to their deception, dishonesty and incompetence. STAY AWAY FROM Omni Homestore! They continue to refuse to refund me as they haven’t received the good that I have returned to them, the goods I cancelled after I saw the fraudulent transactions on my credit card go through. That I cancelled after 3 minutes. Even though their own cancellation policy states 12 hours. The policy is below, however, it is all Lies.
