All the information on my insurance was relayed to me and all of my questions were answered politely. I was given a very competitive quote on a previous call a week earlier, and this was honored on my final call.

Wanted to purchase a new car, so needed insurance to cover both cars on the same day. The online chat were not very helpful in explaining things and said you cant have two cars insured. Couldnt find a number to speak to an actual person other than on the chat which she gave me, she also said that customer services couldnt make any changes for me it had to be through the chat. Tried to get a quote for new car, they couldnt do that as i had a tracker and they werent trained for that. I tried going through the portal for a quote even that couldnt give me a quote. All very frustrating so in the end I cancelled the policy and took out a new one with a different company. Will never use One Call again. Even cancelling is a nightmare as all they want to do is give you a quote for the new car and dont listen when you say you already have cover. What should have been minutes took ages. Awful service both on the phone and chat

I have been with this company for a few years and every year when renewal comes up I contact them and go through the details, even when I think that I can get a cheaper deal elsewhere, when you add up all the extra covers they usually come out on top.
This year I was helped through the process by Rihanna!

Agent mu3 was very helpful, polite and professional. My renewal quote was higher than I'd found on a comparison site but after agreeing a minor change she was able to re-quote a more agreeable premium. All done and dealt with over the the phone very efficiently.

I wanted to discuss this with a person but found it impossible to speak to anybody and it kept referring me back to the portal! It needs to be easier access to speak to a human being.

Using the live chat feature with mx2, my intention was to cancel the auto-renew on my policy because although it's presented as a useful service to prevent accidentally driving without insurance, by the time service charges are added my quote had nearly doubled. Mx2 re-quoted me and with the discounts offered, my renewal price was much more reasonable.
