I recently had surgery with One Clinic and overall my experience has been positive. From the initial consultation through to post-operative care, the team were supportive and professional.The coordinator was responsive before I travelled and answered most of my questions clearly, which helped ease a lot of anxiety. The hospital itself was clean and well organized. Most importantly, I am very happy with my result so far. One area that could be improved is communication on the ward. While the nurses were kind and attentive, there was sometimes a language barrier which made it slightly difficult to communicate certain concerns or ask detailed questions comfortably. It would be helpful if there were more consistent English-speaking support available for international patients.That said, the overall care was good and I felt looked after during my stay. Post-operative follow-up has been reassuring, and I appreciate the support provided during recovery.Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend the clinic, particularly for the professionalism of the surgical team.
From the minute I booked to come to one clinic for my teeth I was kept up to date with everything from clients that where there before me. I was picked up from the airport to the hotel which is a great hotel, all the staff very helpful. The staff at the clinic were excellent from start to finish and the treatment was great and the end results I couldn’t be more happy with! I will recommend one clinic to everyone that wants to get work done, don’t have the fear and wait years like I did just book and do it.Excellent service
Id like to share my experience on both visits to One Clinic.From firstly chatting to the UK agent Paul Smith i felt very comfotable as he explained everything clearly and once i booked up, then on Paul and the planing Team Manager Robert made everything so simple in what was needed for my treatment plan.. The service from Paul & Robert was purly brilliant.From getting picked up at the airport to getting to the Hotel was great. The hotel on first & second visit (Grand Gulsoy) was really amzaing and it was very central to allbars, resturants & local tourist sight seeing attractions.Id like to thank all reception too staff at One Clinic as well as the denisits who took care of me in Dr Esrara and her dental staff team that really amazing & i can not thank them enough them enough. The clinic was super clean throughout. Also id like to give big thank you to the English speaking translator in Eggman who was brillant throughout my journey & visits as he made feel at ease and explained everything to me. All the staff went above and beyond their duites to help me throughout journey, so THANK YOU ALL.who has helped me put that SMILE BACK ON MY FACE AGAIN, im more than happy with great results and would highly reccomend ONE CLINIC TO ALL PEOPLLEREADING THIS.
Really good experience the clinic was really helpful very friendly staff always making sure your ok and you understand what’s going on also they keep in contact with over the phone any requests or help you need is also handled I wasn't happy with my teeth a friend recommended me to this place I wish i came sooner I’m so happy with the end results
Fourth time leaving this reviewI visited in JanuarySoon as that money is handed over the treatment is disgusting. Dirty needs on the floor of your room. Broken bedsDrains sewn in you that don't workWas told by the surgeon to cover infection fluid with a "paper towel" This caused my implants to become infected and necrosis to take over untill I had to have a full mastectomy. No aftercareDuring my time in the hospital they gave me medication I'm not allowed due to a lung condition. No staff or nurse careMy catheter was left to overflow for days unchanged untill it backed into my kidney. No bandage changes The fit to fly notes are fake and given without seeing a Dr a week before your flight. Pre signed and handed to you when you leave hospital .If you complain they revenge corn you and remove all your reviews. This is the fourth time writing this. The surgeon changes her acyronms but if you are looking at having surgery here Google Dr sinem singin Itv news and daily mailShe has killed multiple women across one clinic and their sister clinic, one woman reutend to the UK without her organs. She currently has two court cases pending. One clinic also have a court case pending and tried to pay me off £3500 to not discuss their medical neglect anylonger.
The workers and the nurses for the company one clinic were very kind and helpful, they made the experience more welcoming, it would have been nice if they could stay longer at the hospital with the patients. All in all I appreciate my agent Mina so much!
