I requested a refund twice using the email listed on the company's website after reviewing the course (which they claim to refund with no questions asked), and it hasn't even been a week since I received it... I must say the course is decent, but I feel it's just not suited for me. That's why I give it 3 stars, as they have not responded to my emails at all, and I'm worried I might end up losing my money.
Having created video content for 5 years, I've experienced success, but when I aimed to replicate that success intentionally, I struggled to identify what worked. Going through the courses provided by the service was incredibly enlightening, helping me grasp why some videos achieve remarkable success while others I aimed to excel with did not. The content was exceptionally valuable! Additionally, the support was outstanding! Whenever I needed assistance, they responded within a day or two, even with the time difference. Fantastic content, and absolutely wonderful people! Thank you to the team! You truly made a difference!
I enroll in numerous programs related to marketing, video creation, and copywriting. What stands out about this company is their fun and lighthearted approach. In a fast-evolving field, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and discouraged. The young team at the company, who are likely much younger than me, are knowledgeable, approachable, and eager to share their expertise. Their pricing feels fair, and I don't feel taken advantage of. I plan to continue my journey with them. (Also, I had an issue today, and the customer service was superb.)
