Great customer service

The communication with Real Relax was great all the way through. We had one bad experience with the freight company (plopped the chair on the ground halfway up our driveway without calling us). This made getting the chair to and into our house a challenge. I contacted Real Relax, and they responded within 24 hours with a heartfelt apology and a small refund for our troubles. I thought that was great customer service. And so far the chair has worked great. I do know also that if you call Real Relax, you get a live person fairly quickly, which is more than I can say for many companies these days.
