Onestop Digital charged my credit card and refused to send the products until I send them my personal id. If you search a bit, you find that they sell products that will not have warranty outside of China, and they try to avoid paying import tax. Knowing this, it is illegal for me to buy from them in my country. I just hope I can get my money back from the credit card company.

The shop ask you to send a copy of your ID in order to "secure" the order. No one should ever send their ID information to some random shop. There are lots of credit card authorization apps for that purpose available.

They did not give any reason for not using credit card authorization, like all the trustworthy shops do, instead of asking for a copy of your ID. If you are ready to send that information to an anonymous shop in China, go ahead and do that. If not stay away from this shop.

They say, that their reputation is "solid" . Please read the other reviews and decide yourself how solid it actually is. There are much more secure and professional options available even with a bit lower prices.

The phone functions properly. I encountered two problems: it arrived with the operating system pre-installed (a quick reset fixed that). Additionally, the packaging was quite damaged, which was disappointing since it was intended as a gift.

Delivery took too long!

After 10 days, my order still hadn't arrived! Typically, delivery in Europe takes 2-3 days. I was told it might take 15 days! I paid over €500, attracted by the promise of free delivery, only to discover later that this is common for free shipping, which was not clearly stated on their website. Very disappointing. I won't use this service again!
