However, One Up buck the trend by making innovative, stylish, practical and well designed products at realistic price points. Their products just works… and work well. Even if you do find an issue with their product, people like Fraser in their support team have knowledge, care and dedication to get you back riding again. Well done One Up.
I'm so glad that the company that brings long dropper posts to the market is made up of great people who care about getting you on the trails. They were really helpful in confirming that I was ordering all the right parts. I then had a delivery issue and they've just been so easy to deal with. I love when MTB companies are enthusiastic about riding. I'm recommending them to everyone who needs a dropper post.
These guys were awesome when I had/having a real bad experience with a tart of UK bike shop.They managed to arrange shipping of a new seat post, shipped from Canada to my door before the company in the UK could even respond to my email and the post was with me before the UK company could refund me for the mistake.Communication was very good and they follow through with promises, gives me high hopes that in the event of a warranty claim i'd be taken care of well.
COMPLICATED RETURNSgreat products ( they really are!) BUT nothing is as frustrating as complicated returns policyEmail required requesting RMA number ( i.e. old school). First attempt returned as undeliverable. No returns form with order. No returns via website (unlike most of the major players like Wiggle etc)UPDATE: subsequent communiqué’s show they’re a decent bunch who seem frustrated by damaged returns, hence the convoluted returns policy
OneUp replaced a broken air cartridge charge-free on a dropper post, which was a gift without a bill and warranty. The support answered in less than a day, and a new cartridge was on its way within a few days. Amazing customer support! Totally recommend them!
