Although I provided the shipping address during checkout, it reverted to my address, and before I could change it, the payment was processed. I cannot send it to the intended recipient due to shipping regulations. They are unwilling to reissue the order. Ordered four bottles and no satisfactory solutions to resolve the issue.

I purchased two bottles of Crown Royal Marquis from an online platform since it was out of stock in my state. Shipping took just one business week, which was impressively fast. The bottles were packed with great care. I had to sign for them upon delivery, which I appreciated. The customer service was exceptional. I would recommend this service to anyone looking to buy alcohol. Great job!
This service is the absolute worst. It feels like a scam because I placed an order in February 2025, and as of March 25, 2025, I still haven't received my order or a refund. I'm so frustrated that I might have to involve my lawyers. Avoid this service if you don't want to lose your money!
I had a terrible experience and was glad I canceled my order. They don't provide a working contact number—the one listed rings twice and goes to a generic voicemail. They even tried to charge me 10% for canceling. It makes no sense, and there are no policies listed on the site. Customer support was very curt and didn't provide any cancellation phone number.
