The client support is the best I have deal with in my years working with domain and hosting providers. They always helped to solve my problems with a lot of patience. They deserve a better salary.

This company is never available, non existing support. I have 24 domains with them, what a mistake. Everyone I try to set up a new business email I encounter the same error, and then it takes 3-7 days to get close to finishing the purchase. Now they have always auto renewed my domains, except this time, and this is my main domain, but at least they then completely turned it off, during the weekend, with no support in sight, a useless AI bot, they might not even be ai… and I cannot even myself go in and renew the domain, and again, with no help from anyone. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. In terms of service I have actually never experienced anything worse than onlydomains.
I have been experiencing email issues for several days. I initially tried to resolve this by sending an email and registering a support ticket, but received no response, likely because my email is not functioning. I also used the chat feature on the website and interacted with an AI agent, but that did not resolve the issue. When I requested assistance from a human representative, I still received no reply.
Next, I called the local NZ support number, only to hear a message stating that the phones were not working. I then tried the US number and received the same response. I also attempted to reach out via Facebook messaging, but received no assistance there either.
After several hours, Rogine (a real person) finally responded, only to inform me that a payment had not gone through due to my Visa card being compromised. I updated the payment details with my new card immediately. However, I have been a loyal OnlyDomains customer for approximately 10 years, and to have my communication cut off over an overdue amount of just $36.21, especially after only one week and during the holiday period, is appalling.
Email communication accounts for 90% of my business, and this disruption has caused significant harm. I therefore stand by my one-star rating. This experience has been extremely disappointing.

All paid, and still waiting to be reconnected. What a total lack of respect for a longstanding customer.

My company id being held "captive" for a $36.21 payment, which has been paid. Now, proof of payment is the "BIG" issue, which I have sent the proof of payment processed through Paypal.
Still, no email!!!!

Pratham Kotian was the human that were taking care of me, and very professional, but after being told that he will personally look into my situation, I am still in limbo without email, or website access.
When is this nightmare going to end???
We are a provider of domain and hosting services and have been utilizing a certain platform for domain registrations. Recently, we completed payment for a .ae domain for our client based in Dubai. Unfortunately:
The payment went through successfully,
The domain remains inactive,
Numerous emails and support tickets have gone unanswered.
This situation is significantly impacting our client's business, and the lack of communication is very alarming. We are prepared to provide any necessary documents or proofs, but we urgently require a clear response, status update, and timeline for resolution. We hope that the management or escalation team of the platform will address this issue promptly and get in touch with us to resolve it professionally. We look forward to a swift reply.
The support from human agents was effective and responsive, but the transition from the AI agent to a human agent needs improvement. It takes a considerable amount of time for the transfer, and the AI stops responding after sending the transfer message, leaving no ticket or reference visible. Essentially, there is no status update after that, requiring multiple attempts to reach a human agent.
My domain has been inaccessible for 3 days, and I can't reach anyone for assistance in getting it restored. The automated support is not helpful. I submitted a ticket, and they sent me a troubleshooting link that resulted in an error message. I have been waiting for 15 minutes on the chat for a response. This is unacceptable.
I cannot recommend purchasing any domains or business email packages here. I have already made a payment and have been waiting for two weeks to activate my business email IDs. They always claim that the relevant department is working on it, yet the issue remains unresolved. If anyone wants to purchase a domain or business email package, I suggest going elsewhere. My experience with this platform has been very disappointing.

Trust the one-star reviews and don't be misled—register your domain and email elsewhere.
