Company seems to be out of business

Company seems to be out of business. They have hundreds of dollars of outstanding prescriptions and now they've disappeared.

Incredible frustrated

Incredible frustrated with this company. My first order for Tri-heart was cancelled by OVM because their Pharmacist was not licensed MA. So then I placed a second order to be shipped to a relative in NY.A week after that order OVM told me the product is not available. The offered me a alternate product for $48 additional. This whole experience feels like a bait and switch.They also have the written prescription from my vet so I can't order the product elsewhere unless they return the prescription, which they have not done.Shop a more reputable vet supply store. And don't bother calling them as you will never get anyone to answer the phone.

Very disappointed.

Very disappointed.. It seems each month we run into the same issues with Only Vet meds.. but this time, I have left 6 messages by phone and 1 email and no one is calling me back. Apparently they will say "waiting for vet to approve" but our vet doesn't get anything from them, and no one from ONly Vet meds answer or emails back. I am so very disappointed as we have be loyal for a year.

Scam

I bought very important liver medication from them. But now know The prices are too good to be true. It’s been over 2 weeks since I have paid and I have not received an email or the product. The phone number is not a customer support line and emails take forever. So far this feels like a huge scam.

I felt like our order was forgot about!

I felt like our order was forgot about. You called notifying that there was a huge delay in getting a response from the vet clinic but then I spoke with the vet clinic and they said they faxed it over days before. From that point I still had to wait weeks to receive. My dog went over a month without his meds due to the delay.
