Lower prices come with significant risks

While this service may provide lower prices than many others, booking with them carries considerable risks. Flights can change unexpectedly, and hotel reservations might be canceled last minute, leaving you with limited options to avoid losing your flight costs. It’s wiser to invest a bit more in a comprehensive package holiday that includes everything in one deal. I won't be using this service again.

Price drop guarantee seems misleading

The price drop guarantee seems misleading. We booked our holiday for nearly 1900, and a couple of weeks later, the same holiday dropped to around 1440 on most other platforms. When I reached out, they showed a new price of 2600, while competitors had significantly lowered theirs. They might claim to offer a guarantee, but in reality, if the drop is substantial, they likely maintain the higher price to avoid payouts.
