I was a regular customer, spent a lot of money until now. They quoted me a very poor rate on their discord, despite their website showing a better rate. You'd think they'd offer me a good rate considering I buy every week from them, nope. It's just bad business, now they have lost me as a regular customer because they won't show loyality and jacked up their price for me thinking I would just pay what they asked. I went elsewhere and got a better price. Learn how to treat your best customers because now you have cost yourselves hundreds of dollars I would have spent, all because you tried to make more money out of 1 trade.
