I bought a key that turned out to be invalid when I tried to use it. I filed a complaint, and an AI kept responding incoherently and offering no solutions. They closed the case a week later ¿¿¿???. So I'm escalating the issue to the credit card company.
It amuses me that in the comments they say "write to support...".. support doesn't respond!!!

This is a clearly fraudulent site. After making a payment, they provide a fake redemption code. In theory, you should be able to reach their after-sales support or contact them via email, but they consistently dismiss you with excuses like 'please try redeeming the code again' or 'if the code doesn’t work, please send pictures and videos.' Regardless of what you submit, they ultimately just close your ticket and stop communicating. I also anticipate that their response to my review will be something like: 'You can reach them via email, and they will assist you.' However, the outcome is always the same—once you get in touch, they delay, offer excuses, and then close the issue without explanation. Please exercise caution and avoid making any purchases from this site. There is absolutely no guarantee whatsoever.
