I wouldn't even give one star. This is by far the worst service I've encountered. There was no response, delivery was delayed, and items were missing. If you try to reach out, they won't reply to your messages. Any comments you post on their social media are deleted. I even ordered for international delivery, and it has been a complete disaster. I cannot recommend this for overseas purchases.

Please avoid buying this. The product is not fresh and takes 2 to 3 days for delivery, during which it may spoil. Consuming it could lead to food poisoning. It's a huge waste of money and very dangerous to health, as the items are decomposed. My true rating for this company would be minus 10 stars (-10), but they force you to give at least one positive star for a review. Everyone should file complaints against this company with the food safety department.
The quality is extremely lacking. They don't use any ghee in their sweets but charge more than those made with ghee. It's just refined oil. I should have ordered from a local sweet shop instead, which tastes much better. I ordered two items, and both were far below average considering the price. I definitely cannot recommend this.
I ordered for Diwali, and they still haven't delivered. They claim delays due to holidays. When I inquired, they said the address couldn't be found. They didn't call when I asked, and my email for a refund has gone unanswered. Very poor service. Beware of this scam.
My son is a huge fan of Kovilpatti Kadalai Mittai — it's his favorite! The Lakshadweep Halwa is truly one-of-a-kind. I was pleasantly surprised by how delightful it was! The Madurai mixture has a fantastic texture and crispiness — absolutely delicious! I've always enjoyed Sattur Milagu Kara Sev — its authentic taste and crispy texture are simply irresistible!
I ordered Diwali bhakshanam on October 13. Diwali and Goverdhan Puja have already passed, and I still haven't received my package. Very poor service. The phone is off, and they are not responding to emails. I've even sent a picture of my payment, but no one has replied as of October 22, 2025.
I placed an order, and it was delivered in parts, with no support from the company for tracking or issues. When I opened the package, I found that the sweets were spoiled with fungus. I tried calling their support, but they just disconnected my calls. I would not recommend wasting money on them.
