As an international consultant, I chose this company for their expertise, but I was deeply let down by their lack of guidance. When my mission ended, I explicitly asked about a Rupture Conventionnelle to protect my rights. Instead of advising me correctly, they steered me toward a resignation template without explaining that I would lose all my France Travail benefits.
They prioritized their own administrative ease over my financial security and refused to correct the error afterward, claiming it was a technical inconvenience. If you are a foreigner, be extremely careful; they act as a payment processor, not a partner who will protect your interests.
