I was quite disappointed with my shopping experience. The website displayed prices in CAD, but at checkout, it switched to USD without any notice, making my order significantly more expensive than expected. Upon checking my bank statement, I found I had been charged nearly double the displayed price. This felt very misleading, especially for Canadian customers. I contacted customer service for a refund, but their reply was vague and unhelpful, only mentioning taxes without addressing my request. Overall, while the clothing seems good, the lack of honesty regarding pricing made the shopping experience unpleasant. If you have other options that are slightly more expensive but transparent, I would recommend choosing them instead.
I have mixed feelings. I've ordered from this company three times, and each time my package arrived promptly, and I find the quality and fit of the shirts quite nice! However, there are issues. They charged me more than the total displayed, citing taxes and tariffs, which is off-putting. Additionally, after my last purchase, I noticed unauthorized recurring charges on my card, which coincided with my transaction. I usually don’t use my card online, but since I had a good experience before, I didn’t think twice. Now I need to get a new card, and my bank is investigating. It seems suspicious, which is unfortunate because I like their designs. They need to improve transparency about pricing and consider offering Apple Pay to alleviate concerns.
The items are of decent quality, especially the t-shirts. My order arrived in three weeks, during which I received regular updates from customer support about my order status. I was initially worried about the legitimacy of the site, but overall, I can recommend it.
I would give this "company" ZERO stars if I could. SCAM SCAM SCAM! Do not order from this company - it's a scam. I recently purchased 3 shirts and was overcharged for my order. The amount they charged my card was more than what was shown in checkout and in my emailed receipt. When I emailed their customer service to notify them and ask for a refund, they tried to give me an excuse about "extra" taxes to which I explained that any type of extra charge needs to be disclosed PRIOR to checkout. Not doing so is deceptive, fraudulent, and illegal. I requested a full refund and was told I would receive one in 3-5 business days. It has now been 8 days and they are ignoring all of my emails. So this has turned into a situation of theft that I am now having to go through my bank to dispute. Now that I am reading other reviews, this is obviously something that is happening to other customers as well. I reported this company to the FTC. I also left a review on their FB page and they removed the page. They also blocked me on Instagram when I started warning others about this on all of their posts. What a completely scummy thing to do. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.
The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because of the misleading price tag. You will get charged a bit extra. Besides that I had seen many reviews saying their package hadn't arrived for up to a couple months but I received mine in 2 and a half weeks. I ordered 1 shirt and I am pleased with the quality of the product. Customer service was willing to communicate and give rough estimates of delivery expectation. Delivery was also to Australia so I am pleased with the time it took. All in all if you see something you like go for it.
I bought a Yuji hoodie that I kept seeing on instagram, it looked nice and the price seemed decent so I ordered one in the beginning of October because it said it would arrive latest October 28, perfect for a Yuji costume for Halloween I thought. Not only did it arrive late, November 5th, but once I opened it I found it was a super cheap and crappy sweater. Kind of like a compression shirt and not even close to the soft hoodie they advertised. Complete scam, very disappointed.
I had the worst experience with those guys, I had to wait so long for my product and they ended up sending a wrong one. Also the one I paied for is more expensive than the one I got , on top they offered a 10% refund and they refused to higher the percentage.Never ever buy from this website. 👎👎
